YOUTH

Our youth ministry is for the Middle and High School students of Sandhills, their families, and their friends. We want the youth of Sandhills to know God and who he made them to be. We want them to glorify God and enjoy him forever. Most of all we want them to know the salvation proclaimed in the good news of Jesus, to be changed because they know it, and to desire to share that good news with others.

See our Facebook Page and our Youth Blog for more info. If you have questions about our ministry to youth and families, please contact our Youth Director, Jacob Skogen, at jacob.skogen@gmail.com or (404) 536-8305.

ADULTS

Small Groups

Small groups are a way for the body of Christ to experience community with one another and for members of those groups to minister to one another, according to the needs of particular individuals and groups.  In other words, our small groups strive for genuine biblical fellowship, which includes sharing our lives with one another, encouraging one another, challenging one another, praying for one another, and helping one another according to the picture in Ephesians 4:15-16.  To accomplish this purpose, a typical small group meeting consists of fellowship, application of the Bible, and prayer.

Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.  From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. Eph. 4:15-16

Our small group descriptions are descriptive and not prescriptive, anyone is welcome to join any group! If you are interested in joining or hosting/facilitating a group, or if you have any questions about this ministry, please contact Bill Crisp at wrcrisp1967@gmail.com.

Women

W.I.C. (Women In the Church)

The purpose of  Women In the Church is that every woman know Christ personally and be committed to extending His Kingdom in her life, home, church, community, and the world.

The framework of the Women In the Church ministry provides an opportunity for each woman to discern and exercise her gifts and abilities to the glory of God in the total work and worship of the church.

The goal is that this purpose will become a reality as women are given opportunities to respond to the Gospel and to pray, study the Scriptures, fellowship and serve the Lord together.
